SMIT TOOLS is a Nashik-based manufacturer of precision metal enclosures and industrial components serving the requirements of electrical equipment, electronics, instrumentation, industrial control, and related manufacturing sectors. Our work focuses on producing sheet-metal enclosures and components that reflect the technical requirements, dimensions, and intended applications specified by our customers.
Our product portfolio includes standardized and customizable metal enclosures; SPN and TPN distribution board enclosures; press components; MCB and copper components; automotive sheet-metal components; and press tools. We also offer laser cutting services for CRCA steel, Aluzinc, aluminium, and stainless steel, helping customers source accurately cut profiles and parts for varied industrial applications.
For enclosure manufacturing, we work with Aluzinc, stainless steel, and CRCA steel in stated sheet thicknesses from 0.8 mm to 3.0 mm. Our stated laser-cutting capability covers 0.5 mm to 10 mm, with actual suitability dependent on material type, grade, geometry, and job specifications. This range of capabilities allows us to discuss both standard requirements and components developed around customer drawings.
